Discover how you can make study work for you with a Traineeship

Become a fully qualified Beauty Therapist, whilst completing your Traineeship. You will gain in-spa hands-on experience, whilst training to become a confident and nurturing therapist. 

Your training will see you studying SHB40121 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy through full-time, part-time or distance education study options. Upon completion of your certificate, you will have the opportunity to progress into SHB50121 Diploma of Beauty Therapy. You will learn how to provide massage and body treatments, specialised facials, tanning and more beauty industry related units.

WHERE

The working aspect of your traineeship will take place in-spa, and you will also be required to attend either our Docklands (Victoria) campus.

DURATION 

Full-time option: 2 days on campus and 1 day online (4 hours of workshops) per week (duration is dependent on individual circumstances). 

Part-time option: 2 evenings on campus per week, a weekend workshop once a month, 6-8 hours of study from home per week (duration is dependent on individual circumstances). 

Distance Education option: 4 consecutive days on campus per month for the duration of 18 months and weekly study from home (duration is dependent on individual circumstances). 

COST

Payment plans are available which allow you to pay your tuition fees in instalments on specific due dates. The tuition fee for SHB40121 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy is $14,000. In Victoria this training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding, eligibility criteria apply.
