Where

This program runs at our Docklands college in Melbourne VIC, every Wednesday.

Located at Level 1, District Docklands Shopping Centre, Wharf Street, Docklands.

How long

Blended delivery: As part of your senior secondary studies:

Year 11: Wednesdays – 1pm-5pm for 2 years OR 9am-5pm for 1 year

Year 12: Wednesdays – 9am-5pm for 1 year

The Kit

You will be required to wear a uniform when on campus to participate in your studies. This will be provided by the college as well as all other resources required throughout the course.

Intake & Holidays

SHB30121 Certificate III in Beauty Services (VDSS) has ONE intake per year. Please speak with your school’s careers advisor to begin the application with eWC.

Where practicable, term breaks and holidays will follow the secondary school calendar.

This course is now enrolling for February 2027 study.

Cost

The SHB30121 Certificate III in Beauty Services (VDSS) is $6,000 inclusive of resources and uniform. Please speak with your school’s careers advisor for guidance on available payment options.

Join us

You’ll need to demonstrate the language, learning and numeracy skills that are needed to complete the course. Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements will be advised of the reasons for the outcome, other options that may be available to them and what they can do to meet requirements. A detailed enrolment procedure is available.

Recognition of prior learning and credit transfer

Previous recognised training may count as credit towards a diploma. A student must provide evidence that they have gained one or more Units of Competency offered in the qualification they wish to study. While RPL is an assessment process, where a student will provide evidence of their skills and knowledge gained outside of their studies, determining if a student is required to study units that are relevant to their experience. Please note that application must occur prior to course commencement, and you can request a form via one of our course advisors.
